CFP - Albertus @ Kalamazoo 2028

The International Albertus Magnus Society (IAMS) invites paper proposals for its sponsored session at the International Congress on Medieval Studies (ICMS) in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to be held in May 2028. This in-person session welcomes contributions on any aspect of current research related to Albertus Magnus. The exact dates and the Congress theme have not yet been announced, but the session will offer scholars an opportunity to share ongoing work and fresh insights in Albertus studies.

We are beginning the process early, with a deadline for proposals of July 15, 2027, in the hope of fielding a strong panel for this major annual gathering in medieval studies. Members and other interested scholars are warmly encouraged to begin thinking now about possible contributions.

Betsey Price is organizing the session on behalf of the Society. Members who wish to help review proposals, or who have questions about the session, should contact her at bprice@glendon.yorku.ca. Further details about the Congress, the submission process, and key deadlines will be announced as they become available.
